Ingredients:
- Maggi noodles, two packets
- One onion, chopped finely
- One tomato, chopped finely
- One green chili, if desired
- One small, chopped capsicum
- Half a cup of boiled peas
- Half a teaspoon of powdered turmeric
- Half a teaspoon of red chili powder
- Half a teaspoon of garam masala
- One Maggi masala tastemaker
- Two tablespoons of butter or oil
- Leaves of fresh coriander
Method:
- Ek pan me oil garam karo, onion + green chili daal ke halka golden hone tak bhuno.
