Ingredients:
To fill:
- One cup of finely shredded cabbage
- Half a cup of grated carrot
- Half a cup of thinly sliced capsicum
- Half a cup of chopped spring onion
- Two tablespoons of boiled sweet corn
- One tablespoon of finely chopped garlic
- One tablespoon of finely chopped ginger
- One tablespoon of soy sauce
- One tablespoon of vinegar
- One tablespoon of red chili sauce
- Add salt and black pepper to taste.
- One tablespoon of oil
To wrap:
- Sheets of spring rolls (homemade or premade)
- Two tablespoons of maida paste (a sealing paste made of flour and water)
- Deep-frying oil
Method:
Step 1: Get the filling ready
- Ek kadhai/pan me oil garam karo.
- Ginger and garlic daal kar ek minute bhun lo.
- Stir-fry the vegetables for two to three minutes on a high flame.
- Mix together soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Filling ko thoda thanda hone do.
Step 2: Prepare the rolls

- Tightly roll and seal the edges with maida paste.

Step 3: Deep-frying
- Me tel garam karo kadai.
- Rolls are cooked over medium heat until golden and crispy.

Step Four: Serve
- Garam-garam crispy spring rolls are served with tomato ketchup and schezwan chutney.
