Ingredients:
- One cup of semolina, or suji
- Half a cup of ghee
- ¾ to 1 cup sugar (apne taste ke hisaab se)
- Three cups of water
- Four to five cardamom pods (powder, elaichi)
- Dry fruits (chopped badam, kaju, and kishmish)
🥄 Method (Step by Step):
- Ek kadhai me ghee garam karo.
- Usme suji dal kar medium flame par golden brown hone tak bhuno (achhi khushboo aane lagegi).
- Ek alag pan me paani garam karo aur usme elaichi powder dal do.
- Ab garam paani dhire-dhire roasted suji me daalte jao aur continuously stir karte raho taki lumps na bane.
- Thodi der baad jab suji phoolne lage, tab usme sugar daal do aur achhe se mix karo.
- Cook the dry fruits for two to three minutes.
- Halwa ready hai ghee alag hone lage to samajh jao.
