✨ Samagri ingredients:
- Two cups of all-purpose flour, or maida
- Four tablespoons of oil or ghee (for dough)
- Namak swad anusar
- Two large, finely chopped pyaaz
- 2-3 hari mirch (chopped)
- One teaspoon of jeera
- One teaspoon of saun
- One teaspoon of dhania powder
- Half a teaspoon of lal mirch powder
- Half a teaspoon of garam masala
- Two tablespoons of besan
- Hara dhania, chopped finely
- Deep-frying in oil ke liye
🥣 Approach (Banane ka Tarika):
1️⃣ Dough Ready Karein: First, mix the dough with ghee and namak, then let it soften for 15 to 20 minutes.
2️⃣ Stuffing banayein: Kadhai mein saunf daalein, thoda oil/ghee garam karke jeera.
After pyaaz, hari mirch daal kar halka brown hone tak bhunein.
Besan, masale aur hara dhania dal kar achhi tarah mix karein.
3️⃣ Kachori Banayein: Bharke gol kachori bana lein, beech mein stuffing chhota peda lein.
4️⃣ Fry karein: Heat the oil over a medium flame until golden brown.
