  • Two to three chopped spring onions
  • One teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste
  • One or two teaspoons of soy sauce
  • To taste, add salt and pepper.

  • Prepare the dough by mixing the salt and maida, then making a soft dough gundho. It takes thirty minutes.
  • Prepare the filling by combining the vegetables, adding the ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape Momos: Roll the dough balls, fill the center, fold the edges, and seal them.
